Refund Policy

Subscription Fees

InstaDSC does not entertain any request or demand for refund fees paid towards subscription for the services. The fees paid towards the subscription shall not be refunded unless such claim arises due to a breach in any terms of services by InstaDSC.

Once a subscription is active, users have full access to the features and tools provided under their chosen plan. We encourage users to review our service offerings and documentation before committing to a subscription.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a billing cycle.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of InstaDSC management, particularly in instances of technical errors on our part that prevented the use of the service.

Refund Process

If an exception is granted, the following process applies:

  • Request must be submitted via support email.
  • Review may take 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
  • Documentation of the issue may be required.
  • Notification will be sent upon completion.
